GWF headquarters has released the complete card for the sixth annual Survivor Series event. This year's show will be held at the mecca of professional wrestling, Madison Square Garden.
This year's Survivor Series is highlighted by the semifinals and finals of the 64-man King of the Deathmatch Tournament to determine the first ever Death match champion. This title was formally called the Steel Cage title, but Buck Steele vacated that belt and it has been resanctioned as a "special matches" title.
In the first semifinal match, the unseeded Code Enforcer will face the No. 3 seed Mayhem in a Torture Chamber match. The winner of that match will face the winner between No. 4 seeded Spike and the No. 10 seed Heracles, who also will compete in a Torture Chamber. The finals will be held within the confines of the Widowmaker Cage, a device that was invented by Mayhem.
There will be one championship match on the card. Thrash will defend the GWF Woman's title in a four corners titan death elimination match against Amazonia, Supernova and Maim.
Six survivor series tag matches have also been signed. In a woman's survivors contest, Maxine Babe, Kay Fabe, Tiger Mask, Rhea and Heart will be on one side of the ring against Cassandra, Draconian Chic, Velar, Anaxis and Melody.
The Hitmen - Dark Justice, Mike Fortune & Greg Valentine, will team with the Colonizers' Mandrill and Painmaster to take on the Terrorists - Draconian Sheik, Splatter and Vyper, and their partners Battle Corps (Dreadnaught & Soldier of Fortune).
In a tag-team survivors match, when one man is eliminated his partner is eliminated as well. On one side will be the GWF tag champs the Theatre of Pain, the Ninja Assassins, Rebel Empire, Cygnus Strikeforce and Unspeakable Horror. Their opponents are Titan Attack, Rising Sun & Talon, Wraith & Max Shield, the Royal Flush and Kati & Homicide.
There will be a second tag-team survivors match, the CPC vs. the GWF. Thunder & Overkill, the I-P tag champs Twin Blood, Skinhead & Brainstorm, Crossfire and Pegasus & Matador will be opposed by Desolation Factor, Disorder-X, Awesome Studs, Lower World and Paragon & Janus.
Buck Steele (GWF champion), Blizzard, Dagger Mack, Alpha Force and Lance At-Las take on the all cruiserweight team of Lycosa, Enigma, Halcon Oro, Mad Jester and Blacklash.
In another GWF vs. CPC contest: Wolf, Vengeance, Malice (I-P champ), and Chaos battle Colossus, Terminus, Prodigy and Monad.

DEATH MATCH TOURNY SEMIFINALS
Code Enforcer vs. Mayhem (Torture Chamber)
These two kick off the card with a brutal battle inside the titanium cage. Mayhem continues to fight back, but the Code Enforcer was in control most of the match, and he advances to the finals. Mayhem will be out of action for about 2 weeks due injury.
DEATH MATCH TOURNY SEMIFINALS
Spike vs. Heracles (Torture Chamber)
The other semifinal match was just as bloody as the first if not more so. Spike had things well in hand, but Heracles would not go down. He beat Spike down almost enough to keep him down for the 10-count. Spike though dug deep down inside and had enough to finish off Heracles to reach the finals. Heracles will be out of action about as long as Mayhem.
Woman's Survivor Elimination match
Rhea, Heart, Kay Fabe, Maxine Babe & Tiger Mask vs. Anaxis, Velar, Cassandra, Draconian Chic & Melody
The women put on a great show for the crowd, keeping everybody into the action. Kay Fabe finished off Melody with the nGo Driver then the Haight Asbury Sidewalk Slam. Fabe's team continued the attack with her and Tiger Mask working over Cassandra. Rhea came in to finish off Cassie. Heart took it to the Draconian Chic but was disqualified fighting fire with fire out on the floor. Anaxis got her team back into the match by pinning Fabe with the Call of the Siren. Anaxis kept it up by pinning Tiger Mask with the same move. Rhea was DQed and Velar pinned Maxine Babe with the Spinning DDT to win the match. Anaxis, Velar & the Chic are your sole survivors.
4-CORNERS TITAN DEATH ELIMINATION MATCH
Thrash (GWF Woman's champ) vs. SuperNova, Amazonia & Maim
For awhile, it was Nova & Amazonia against Thrash & Maim, but soon it was every woman for herself. Amazonia pinned Maim, then eliminated the champion Thrash. That left the two partners against each other. Amazonia got the win and her first GWF Woman's title reign.
Dark Justice, Greg Valentine, Mike Fortune, Mandrill & Painmaster vs. Splatter, Vyper, Draconian Sheik, Dreadnaught & Soldier of Fortune
Nobody likes anybody in this match and the action shows it. Splatter gets the first win by beating Dark Justice with the Shredder. Mandrill is DQed, then Fortune and Painmaster are disqualified. Valenine was left 5 on 1. He got Vyper DQed and pinned the Soldier. The Hammer fought the entire time but the numbers finally prevailed when the Soldier got the 3-count. Battle Corps and Splatter are the sole survivors.
TAG-TEAM ELIMINATION MATCH
Theatre of Pain, Ninja Assassins, Rebel Empire, Cygnus Strikeforce, & Unspeakable Horror vs. Royal Flush, Kati + Homicide, Wraith + Max Shield, Titan Attack & Rising Sun + Talon
In this one, when you are beat your partner is eliminated as well. R. Sun took out Blazing Skull quickly, but the tag-champs (Theatre) end R. Sun's night early. The Rebel Empire beat the new TV champ Jack of Diamonds. The Strikeforce pin Ursa Major. Max Shield beats the U.S. Traitors. The Ninja Assassins hit their finisher and the Genesis team is DQed after interfering with the count. Comedy pins Homicide to win the match. Theatre of Pain, Ninja Assassins & Rebel Empire are your winners.
Alpha Force, Lance At-Las, Dagger Mack, Blizzard & Buck Steele vs. Halcon Oro, Mad Jester, Enigma, Lycosa & Blacklash
The all cruiserweight team looked good in this one. Oro pinned Lance and the Jester eliminated A.F. The GWF champion, Buck Steele, then went to work and beat Enigma. Dagger Mack pinned Lycosa. Buck turned to Genocide and pounded down Oro and Blacklash. Jester refused to stop fighting and after a long time was beat by Genocide. Genocide, Dagger Mack and Blizzard are the winners.
Thunder + Overkill, Twin Blood, Crossfire, True Studs & Pegasus + Matador vs. Paragon + Janus, Lower World, Awesome Studs, Disorder-X & Desolation Factor
This one featured the top tag-teams in the galaxy. The Lower World quickly finished off Brainstorm. Thunder's Moonsault pinned Dynamo. The Dreggs of Defeat beat Paragon, Janus never got into the match. Twin Blood (I-P tag champs) eliminated Death's Head. Disorder-X and the Decimation ousted Blade. Dreggs forced Mace to submit. Desolation Factor beat Thunder, but Pegasus won the match by pinning Ruin. Twin Blood, Pegasus and Matador win the match.
Wolf, Chaos, Malice, Vengeance vs. Colossus, Terminus, Prodigy & Monad
Some of the top singles wrestlers met in this one. Vengeance's Spasm pinned Monad real fast. Wolf's Skullcrusher ended Colossus' night making it 4 on 2. Vengeance was DQed. Terminus got a big pinfall on Chaos to even the match. Prodigy pinned the new I-P champ Malice. Wolf fought on and beat Terminus and Prodigy to win the match as the sole survivor.
DEATH MATCH TOURNY FINALS
Code Enforcer vs. Spike (Widowmaker match)
A brutal cage was constructed complete with weapons to use on your opponent. Spike controlled the majority of the brutality, using a War Hammer and a Morningstar to mess up the Code Enforcer. Spike made his return to glory with a tough fought win to get him his first title since returning to the GWF. Code Enforcer will miss approximately a month of action due to injuries.
