Clash of the Champions XV

card #795
Juno Civic Auditorium

-video promo for upcoming event-

Clash of the Champions XV will be coming to you live on Galaxian Wrestling Television from the Juno Civic Auditorium. The war between the GWF and the CPC rages on.

Colossus has challenged Pegasus to try and take his CPC Interstellar title away. If Pegasus is successful, he will get a GWF title shot against Colossus at the next ppv event. If not, he will have to wait.

Chaos looks for a measure of revenge against the CPC Big Man Paragon.

Wolf isn't done with Terminus yet, not by a long shot. These two will go at it in a Chair Match at the Clash.

In all, there will be eight title matches, four GWF and four CPC. All the GWF excitement you've come to know and love is coming up NEXT!

ROCKET: Welcome to the Juno Civic Auditorium for Clash of the Champions XV. A lot of interesting matches on tap for tonight, and some great grudge matches.

QUALITAR: Can we just do the CPC matches, the rest of the card doesn't interest me.

R: No we can't. Now down to ringside.

STEEL CAGE
-Rhea (GWF Woman's champ) vs. Thrash-

This is the first ever women's steel cage match. Thrash starts out in control with her power, but it soon turns into a war as both wrestlers dish out the offense and send each other into the cage. After each scores at least one nearfall, Rhea hits her finisher and retains the title.

R: Great start to the card. I thought Thrash was gonna take it, but Rhea hung tough.

Q: Yawn. Can we move on please?

-Kati, Homicide, Dagger Mack vs. Lower World, Blazing Skull (GWF 6-man champs)-

The Brymstone team takes over early on Homicide, then beat on Dagger Mack. Death's Head pair of finishers followed by the Burning Touch from B. Skull is enough to win the belts.

R: Those evil demons from Brymstone are racking up the gold fast. Skull has the TV belt and the Lower World the I-P tag titles, now the 6-man straps.

Q: They get the job done and don't care how they have to go about doing it.

-Blacklash (CPC Cruiserweight champ) vs. Skinhead-

Blacklash starts fast, looking to finish off Skinhead. Blacklash misses a suicide dive out to the floor, and Skinhead capitalizes back inside the ring and takes the title.

R: Blacklash has held your cruiserweight title for 13 defenses. He won it back at Cruiser Combat, 28 cards ago. This is somewhat of an upset.

Q: We were never sure where Blacklash stood with us. He's held a lot of our titles, with this one being the longest. I definitely can't stand for Skinhead winning here.

-Amazonia (CPC Womans champ) vs. Maim-

The newcomer Maim dominates the match with her power. Amazonia continues to kick out, but can't sustain any offense. Maim goes for the pin, and pulls Amazonia's leg off the ropes before the ref sees it and gets the three count, winning the title.

R: Out of nowhere, Maim comes in and beats Amazonia for your women's title.

Q: I don't know her, but we need to sign her up for the long term.

-Archon (GWF Cruiserweight champ) vs. Prodigy-

Archon gets Prodigy down on the mat where he doesn't want to be. Prodigy can't handle the submission moves and gives it up quick.

R: What do you think of that?

Q: He lived to fight another day.

-Splatter & Vyper (CPC tag champs) vs. Vengeance & Malice-

Vengeance weathers the attack from Splatter early to tag Malice. Malice misses his finisher out on the floor, and the CPC control from there. Vengeance rallies his team and has a pin, but his foot was on the ropes for leverage and the ref caught him. The fight spills to the floor where the Gladiators are D.Q.ed.

R: These two teams at a recent house show fought to a double D.Q. Another brawl ends this one.

Q: The Gladiators can't fight Splatter and Vyper on the floor, they'll never win that way, or any way.

-Max Shield vs. Painmaster-

Shield controls this match with a variety of moves, but Painmaster won't stay down. Painmaster gets the Torture Rack on twice and wins by submission. He doesn't stop there though, as Vendetta and Nefarus come out to triple team Max Shield. They all hit their patented moves before Kati, Dagger Mack and Homicide come out to help. Sheild is definitely injured.

R: Painmaster is a tough guy, he's starting to move up the ranks. There was no need to hurt the man afterwards.

Q: Those Colonizers wouldn't stand a chance against a CPC wrestler. But I like their style, they just took out one of the competition.

-Pulsar vs. Anarchy-

Pulsar takes up the fight for the Centaurians. His speed gives him the early advantage, but Anarchy's power brings him back. The Crucifix Drop wins the match for Anarchy.

R: You never know what's going to happen when someone from Brymstone is in there. Pulsar fought hard but didn't have it tonight.

Q: Anarchy is great. He'll do anything and is probably mad that he won the match and didn't get DQed.

-Theatre of Pain (GWF tag champs) vs. Rebel Empire-

You could tell quickly this was going to be one of the great tag-team matches in recent history. The Colonizers controlled things early, hitting their tag finisher but the save was made. The fight goes back-and-forth, with the Assassins double teaming Nefarus but not getting the pin. The Theater had Nefarus beat but used the ropes to get the pin. A second ref comes down and says no way the match continues.

Another save by the Assassins keeps the match going. The Assassins take over again out on the floor and beat on Nefarus, who will not give up and kicks out. Rebel Empire makes the tag and has the Assassins in trouble but Darkos interferes. Nefarus has Comedy beat and uses the ropes, only to have another ref come down again and disallow the pin. Comedy hung in there, but Vendetta put him away with the Big Fall and the Rebel Empire are new tag champs.

R: The Rebel Empire shot up the rankings fast and win the tag-titles. Great match.

Q: That was a good match, lots of cheating.

CHAIR MATCH
-Wolf vs. Terminus-

Both wrestlers use the chair early. Wolf combines the chair with his Savage Face Claw to get the win.

R: That was a quick win. Wolf dished out a lot punishment.

Q: Wolf got lucky. He had to win with a foreign object.

-Chaos vs. Paragon-

Paragon starts fast and is tossing Chaos around the ring, but can't keep him down. Chaos rebounds and dominates with the Bow of Defeat. Several times he slapped it on until Paragon gives it up. Chaos won't let go though, and only does when Splatter and Vyper hit the ring. Paragon looks hurt.

R: Cool. Just what Paragon deserved. I wonder if Chaos or the Colonizers will be hearing from Morpheus or Omega about suspensions?

Q: They like to throw their weight around, but Chaos better be suspended for what he did.

-Colossus (CPC Interstellar champ) vs. Pegasus-

A fast paced main event is back-and-forth. Pegasus' power seems to give him the advantage, but Colossus just absorbs the punishment and comes back for more. Pegasus lands the Project and pulls Colossus' leg off the ropes to get the pin, winning the I-S title.

R: Yes! Now Pegasus gets a shot at the GWF title.

Q: He had to cheat! Colossus had his foot on the ropes. Where's that ref from earlier tonight. Why didn't he come out this time?

R: Pegasus gets Colossus again at our next ppv, Battle Royal Mania. Till then, see ya.
